Centro Didattico Teaching Center of the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery The Teaching Center is the hub for all “front‑line” classroom activities of the Department of Medicine, Surgery and Pharmacy. Within its walls you will find:Four large multimedia lecture halls (Blue, Red, Green, and Light Blue Rooms) equipped with HD audio‑video systems, interactive whiteboards, and university Wi‑Fi;Small- and medium‑sized classrooms for practical exercises, problem‑based learning sessions, and specialist seminars;A Student Hub with wired study stations, charging outlets, security surveillance, and tutoring services. The Hub is open Monday–Friday from 9:00 to 20:00;Offices for the Teaching Secretariat, the Erasmus programme, and the 150-hour collaborators’ front desk, serving as a one‑stop shop for students.Thanks to these facilities, the Center hosts each academic year the lectures for the degree programmes in Medicine and Surgery, Pharmacy, Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technologies, Dentistry, and Healthcare Professions, as well as master’s courses, specialization schools, doctoral programmes, competitive exams, and orientation events (e.g., TOLC‑MED admission tests and vaccination open‑days managed with the University Hospital).The recently upgraded premises are fully accessible, feature low‑consumption LED lighting and health‑safety protocols, and a fiber‑optic network that automatically records lectures and uploads them to the e‑learning platform. In synergy with the simulation laboratories of the Bionaturalistic Campus and the Medical‑Scientific Library, the Teaching Center represents the operational heart of the Department’s academic training, providing flexible spaces, state‑of‑the‑art technology, and support services that accompany students from the lecture hall to clinical internships.
